i don’t know the name of this, but you see this mostly in every temple. even quit old ones. these are water outlet system in gopuram(main hall). liquids for abishakam are flown out from here, and people treat it holy.

This is the least decorated example, often they are as sculpted as the temple. i found this alongside the temple well. i never scanned a pranala before and it’s not bad to be the first one.
