In a school, between two blocks. A couple of utilities were placed. stone pots, terracotta sculptures and vase. a design of this sort is not unique and mass produced. there is still an artistry to it, artistry taken for granted.
I wonder what it takes for these potters to break this pattern and model quirky horses. i hope to get lucky enough to find the exceptions.
Like with any mass produced, the work flow is so back to back. it must be hard to find a leisure to break a creative cloud and afford to produce it.
you find this even in the ancient architecture we romantasize. I can remember a example, I was in Pondicherry museum. On ground floor, you can find a row of davi sculptures with same design pattern in different sizes and metal.
